Sparrow Partners & Sparrow Living are creating an 11-acre resort-style community with a maintenance-free lifestyle. Element Architects have designed the project and CEI General Contractors are building 190 apartments with a surrounding courtyard and parking.
55+ Communities are growing in the Charlotte area. Many baby boomers are moving here to be closer to their adult children and grandchildren who are transplants themselves. This 55 + demographic is looking for high-end living at affordable prices, and Charlotte certainly offers that.
All this construction has finally hedged the way for a traffic signal to be put up at Eastfield Road and Highland Creek Parkway. Wahoo! It’s about time.
